This is an opportunity to join a private-equity-backed financial-advice business at an exciting stage of growth. Recognised as one of the UK’s fastest-growing financial-services firms, the business is modernising a traditional industry and helping more people make better decisions about their pensions, investments and retirement. It operates in a market alongside some of the world’s leading investment managers, including BlackRock.
As a Financial Services Case Analyst, you’ll manage a busy caseload and work with pension-provider information and customer documentation. You’ll take complex detail and turn it into accurate, structured case evaluations that support important customer decisions.
This is a case-analysis role rather than a data or MI position. You will not be building dashboards or working with large, unstructured datasets. Instead, you’ll review individual cases within a clear, regulated framework applying defined processes, identifying missing information and ensuring every evaluation is complete, accurate and compliant. This is a fully office-based role in a high-spec, prestigious city-centre workspace.
As a fast-growing, ambitious business, the team works closely together day to day: sharing knowledge, solving problems quickly and building the culture and processes that will support the next phase of growth. You do not need previous pensions experience. We’re keen to hear from people with backgrounds in claims handling, mortgage case management, underwriting, insurance analysis, financial services, legal services or other regulated, process-driven environments.
