Are you currently working in commercial finance sales, ideally within a lender, and looking to make the move into broking?

I'm working with an established commercial finance business looking to bring on a Commercial Finance Broker to join their team in Bromley.

This is a great opportunity for someone with existing commercial finance experience who wants to take the next step into broking.

You'll be provided with qualified leads, full training on the brokerage's products and processes, and the opportunity to work across a broad range of funding solutions.

The business has a real focus on building long-term client relationships, taking a consultative approach and finding the right funding solutions for businesses, rather than operating in a high-pressure sales environment.

  • Qualified leads provided
  • Full training and ongoing development
  • Access to a wide range of commercial funding solutions
  • Modern office based in central Bromley
  • Regular team socials and company events

The Role

  • Working with UK business owners and senior decision-makers to understand their funding requirements.
  • Managing qualified enquiries and identifying suitable funding solutions.
  • Taking a consultative approach to advising clients on their options.
  • Managing opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
  • What They're Looking For
  • Commercial finance sales experience is preffered, ideally gained within a lender.
  • Experience dealing with business owners, MDs and senior decision-makers.
  • A good understanding of commercial finance and business funding.
  • Confident managing a sales pipeline and converting opportunities.
  • A relationship-led, consultative approach.
  • Previous broking experience isn't essential, as full training will be provided.

If you're currently working in commercial finance and considering a move into broking, I'd be keen to have a conversation.
