Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on property disposals, acquisitions and leasing strategies.
- Manage transactions from instruction through to completion, including negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Develop marketing strategies, provide market advice and identify opportunities to generate new instructions.
About You
- Experience advising on commercial and/or residential property transactions.
- Experience managing transactions through to completion, including Heads of Terms negotiation.
- Strong understanding of property markets, valuation drivers and landlord and tenant matters.
