Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and structure senior and mezzanine real estate development loans from £2m to £25m.
- Build and review financial models, undertaking sensitivity, scenario and quantitative analysis to support investment decisions.
- Execute transactions through underwriting, due diligence, credit papers and Credit Committee processes.
- Support negotiations and develop relationships with borrowers and funding partners throughout the transaction lifecycle.
About You
- Experience analysing or underwriting real estate debt or real estate investment transactions.
- Strong financial analysis and financial modelling experience.
- Experience undertaking quantitative and qualitative transaction analysis.
