£140,000 OTE | Established property development lender | High-value lending exposure | Direct impact on growth If you’re an experienced Lending Director looking for greater ownership of origination and the opportunity to work on high-quality property development transactions, this role offers a £95,000–£100,000 basic salary with £140,000 OTE.
You’ll have autonomy to develop intermediary and developer relationships, structure lending opportunities and take transactions from initial assessment through credit and completion.
You’ll work closely with experienced Credit, Legal, Finance and Development Monitoring teams.
Package Benefits Salary of £95,000–£100,000 per annum.
