About the Company

You'll be joining an established specialist property finance lender; The business has built a strong reputation through a relationship-led approach and continued growth within the specialist lending market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities across your assigned region, building relationships with property professionals, developers, investors and introducers.
  • Manage opportunities from initial contact through to completion, working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
  • Represent the business at client meetings, networking events and industry functions to expand your professional network and generate new opportunities.
  • Achieve agreed revenue targets while maintaining an active pipeline through effective CRM management.

About You

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, account management or relationship management with a strong record of achieving targets.
  • Experience working within lending, property, construction, estate agency, commercial finance, mortgage broking or another relationship-led sales environment.
  • Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle and willingness to travel throughout your region.
