We’re partnering with a growing and ambitious business in Altrincham to recruit an experienced Sales Team Leader to support and drive a high-performing, call centre-based sales team. The Role
As Sales Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of a busy call centre operation, ensuring targets are met while maintaining a positive and motivating team culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of sales advisors
