ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an analytically minded Senior Credit & Commercial Analyst to shape and optimise our lending commercial strategy. You’ll play a key role in how we structure pricing, manage risk, and improve our end-to-end conversion funnel.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digging into data, uncovering insights, and translating them into clear commercial action—balancing a strong portfolio return with a great customer experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously optimise our pricing strategy—deciding how much to lend and at what rate.
• Improve our conversion funnel by combining quantitative analytics with customer and partner feedback.
• Support the creation of lending products that customers and partners genuinely value.

How You’ll Drive Our Commercial Goals

• Define our multi-channel commercial and pricing strategy, ensuring strong growth and attractive returns.
• Use tools such as Python and SQL to surface insights, identify opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
• Explore innovative commercial approaches and emerging strategies to keep us ahead of the market.
• Closely track competitor movements and performance trends across all acquisition channels, responding quickly to change.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data and external partners to strengthen funnel performance.
• Monitor the outcomes of implemented strategies, continuously iterating for improvement.

ABOUT YOU

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Daily coding experience, ideally with strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience in credit risk, pricing or commercial strategy roles—preferably in consumer lending.
• The ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, confident decisions.
• A results-driven mindset that balances commercial value with fair customer outcomes.
• A collaborative approach, with the willingness to challenge assumptions (including your own).
• Experience in growth or marketing analytics is a bonus, not a requirement.
