As a Relationship Director, you’ll be the driving force behind originating, structuring, and delivering high-quality development and bridging deals. You’ll build and maintain trusted relationships with a strong network of brokers, introducers, and developers — ensuring repeat business and a healthy pipeline.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Originate and deliver new development finance and bridging loans.

✅ Build, manage, and grow a high-quality portfolio of property developer clients.

✅ Maintain excellent credit discipline and robust risk management.

✅ Manage the full deal cycle: from initial enquiry through credit, legals, and drawdown.

✅ Be a trusted partner and advisor — not just a lender.

✔ Proven experience in secured property lending, ideally with a focus on development finance and bridging.

✔ Strong local network of brokers, introducers, and developers.

✔ Confident credit skills and ability to structure complex deals.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
