Overview

A well-established, reputable, customer-first Asset Finance Brokerage is expanding its sales team following sustained growth and continued success. Known for their consultative approach and long-term client partnerships, the business offers tailored finance solutions for SMEs and Corporates across a wide range of sectors and asset types.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing accounts in a defined territory
  • Deliver against gross profit targets through new business and account growth
  • Promote finance solutions across both hard and soft assets
  • Engage with suppliers and direct end users to identify funding needs
  • Manage your own diary, combining remote work with regular field visits and office visits
  • Work with marketing on your database to generate leads and deal flow
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Support, Underwriting, Marketing, and Admin
  • Proven experience in field-based sales or account management
  • Awareness of asset finance or supplier finance
  • Commercially astute, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Qualifications

  • Strong field-based account management or sales experience
  • Exposure to leasing or asset finance preferred, or willingness to learn
  • Ability to build relationships, spot opportunities, and bring commercial energy to a growing team
  • Training will be provided on the product and the industry
