The Credit Card Product Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development and optimisation of the company’s credit card offering. From strategy to execution, this individual will own the roadmap, collaborate cross-functionally, and continuously improve the product based on data insights, customer feedback, and market trends. This role requires strong commercial awareness, deep understanding of the credit lifecycle, and the ability to balance regulatory compliance with customer value and product innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define and own the credit card product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Lead cross-functional product initiatives from discovery through delivery
  • Optimise the credit card product’s performance across key metrics including engagement, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all product changes align with regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Use data and market research to identify product enhancements and new opportunities
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful execution and adoption
  • Advocate for the customer throughout the product lifecycle and ensure customer outcomes are at the heart of every decision
  • Track, analyse, and report on product performance using defined KPIs
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitive offerings, and technological advancements in the credit and payments space
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 4+ years in product management, with specific experience in credit cards or unsecured lending
  • Strong understanding of the full credit lifecycle: onboarding, usage, limits, repayments, and delinquency
  • Experience launching and scaling financial products in a regulated environment
  • Comfortable working with legal, risk, and compliance teams; knowledge of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
