We’re now looking for a driven and commercially-minded Partnership Manager to expand and deepen strategic alliances that drive growth and value for our business.
Role Overview
As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, launching, and managing strategic partnerships that align with our growth strategy. You will play a key role in scaling our partner ecosystem, driving mutual value, and ensuring long-term success of our collaborations. This role requires a mix of commercial acumen, relationship management, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities (e.g., tech integrations, channel partners, financial institutions, B2B distributors)
- Build and nurture relationships with key partners to drive joint value
- Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle: from initial outreach and commercial negotiation through to onboarding and ongoing performance management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, marketing, compliance, and engineering to launch and scale partnerships
- Develop and deliver business cases to support new partnership proposals
- Monitor KPIs and partner performance, ensuring partnerships deliver against strategic objectives
- Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Requirements
Essential:
- 3–5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services)
- Strong track record of executing and managing B2B partnerships
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially and analytically minded; comfortable building financial models and assessing deal value
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Comfortable navigating complex cross-functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with fintech product and ecosystem (e.g., APIs, embedded finance, regulatory context)
Desirable:
- Experience working with banks, payment providers, or embedded finance platforms
- Understanding of UK and European fintech regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and partnership analytics
