Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the direct sales function, including strategy, structure, hiring, and performance management.
- Develop and execute a high impact direct to client acquisition strategy to drive new business growth.
- Create scalable processes, playbooks, and KPIs to ensure consistent, high quality execution.
- Champion a high‑performance culture, coaching and developing the team to exceed targets and leading from the front.
- Own and exceed revenue targets and pipeline growth.
- Work closely with credit, operations, and tech teams to optimise customer journeys and maximise conversion and ensure delivery.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
