As Senior Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of performance across multiple sales teams, ensuring ambitious targets are achieved while creating a culture built around accountability, coaching and customer outcomes.
Working as part of the senior leadership team, you’ll play an active role in shaping operational strategy, supporting business growth and identifying opportunities to improve sales performance across the wider operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines commercial focus with strong people management and continuous improvement.

Proven experience managing multiple sales teams within a fast-paced contact centre or similar sales environment.
A strong track record of delivering against KPIs and driving commercial performance.

Experience analysing performance data and implementing effective improvement plans.
