We’re partnering with a growing and ambitious business in Altrincham to recruit an experienced Sales Team Leader to support and drive a high-performing, call centre-based sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about coaching, developing people, and delivering results.

The Role

As Sales Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of a busy call centre operation, ensuring targets are met while maintaining a positive and motivating team culture.
