Our client, a leading development finance provider operating across the UK, is expanding and looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen relationships with both property developers and estate agents nationally.

The Role

As Business Development Manager, you’ll be a key player in driving business growth by:

• Managing and nurturing relationships with property developers and estate agency networks
• Identifying new lending opportunities in residential and mixed-use development schemes
• Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the lending process
• Working closely with internal credit, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience

Key Responsibilities

• Source and develop new business leads within the property development space
• Maintain and grow existing accounts with regular meetings and check-ins
• Represent the company at property networking events and industry forums
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity

What We\\\’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with a commercial mindset and ability to hit the ground running
• Full UK driving licence
