I’m working on a fantastic opportunity with a long-established UK Challenger Bank that’s entering an exciting period of growth, transformation and investment in change. This is a genuinely unique opportunity to join a purpose-led, socially conscious lender where the work you do has real impact — not just internally, but across communities and organisations throughout the UK. The bank has a strong social impact ethos at its core, supporting organisations that create meaningful positive change, whilst still operating with the professionalism, ambition and pace of a commercial lender. This is a permanent role working a four-day week (32 hours) with full-time pay — offering the chance to combine meaningful work with genuine work/life balance.

Why this role stands out:

  • Opportunity to lead key technology & transformation projects during a significant growth phase
  • Small, collaborative bank environment where you can genuinely influence change and make a visible impact
  • Broad project exposure across systems, digital transformation, data migration & change delivery
  • Mission-led culture with strong values, flexible working and an excellent reputation in the market
  • Four-day working week (32 hours) with full-time pay

They’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong track record delivering technology and change projects within banking, financial services or complex lending environments. Experience across systems implementation, data migration, stakeholder management and structured change frameworks would be highly advantageous.
