Our client is an established and reputable Invoice Finance business. We have an exciting opportunity to join them as their Sales Manager, where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales team, sales pipeline, deal closures, and team performance. This role is crucial in leading and developing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. We are looking for someone proactive and detail-driven with extensive Invoice Finance sales expertise who is looking to move into a strategic sales management role. This role will offer hybrid working, with 3 days a week from their London offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, training and managing sales consultants
- Provide coaching and mentoring to improve performance
- Creating and implementing sales plans and processes
- Tracking sales pipelines and analysing data to identify areas for improvement
- Monitoring targets and KPIs and motivating team members to achieve them
- Tracking and analysing sales statistics to create reports to provide insights to senior management and the team
- Co-ordinating with other departments (marketing, operations etc) to align sales efforts and improve business processes
Requirements:
- 2+ years within an Invoice Finance related sales role
- Proven experience in managing people, with the ability to inspire and motivate as well as training and coaching team members to improve performance
- Thorough understanding of sales processes, techniques and strategies
- Ability to analyse sales data, identify trends and make data driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, liaising with senior management to contribute towards understanding, planning and scaling the department
