Due to continued business growth, we are delighted to be supporting a multi-award-winning specialist property lender in the search for a Loan Processor to join their expanding Operations team. This is a newly created role within a scaling lender that has ambitious growth plans and a leadership team specifically assembled to drive the next phase of the business. Based from their South Manchester office, you'll play a pivotal role in managing loan applications from initial submission through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for brokers, borrowers and internal stakeholders.
The Role- Manage loan applications from submission through to completion
- Act as the central point of coordination between brokers, borrowers, underwriters and professional partners
- Review applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure all cases progress efficiently and within agreed service levels
- Liaise with underwriters to satisfy lending conditions and requirements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Previous experience in loan processing, case management or property lending administration
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good understanding of KYC, AML and lending compliance requirements
- Experience working with CRM or loan management systems
- Knowledge of property lending, bridging finance, development finance or specialist lending would be advantageous
