Loan Processing Officer London – 5 days a week My client is a leading alternative lender in the fintech market. They are currently looking for a Graduate Loan Processing Officer to join their growing team in Central London. The main duties of the Loan Processing Officer are; Reviewing applications to ensure that all the relevant paperwork has been submitted. Checking loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios. Completing detailed affordability assessments. Requesting credit checks on applicants. Issuing paperwork such as loan agreements and terms and conditions. Dealing with enquiries from applicants and lenders. Maintaining accurate records of all activity on each account. Working to deadlines for submission of paperwork. Qualifications Bachelor\’s degree in Accounting & Finance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team player Focussed and goal-oriented This role is 5 days a week in the office.
