My client, a fast-growing Fintech lender based on Regent Street in Central London, is revolutionising the way businesses access finance. They’re now looking for a bright, ambitious graduate to join their operations team as a Loan Processing Officer.

The Role: Loan Processing Officer

This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in financial services and gain hands‑on experience in loan processing and client operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring loans are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards, working closely with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process loan applications from approval through to drawdown
  • Verify customer and business information in line with compliance requirements
  • Liaise with brokers, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within digital systems
  • Support the wider operations team with process improvements and projects
