We are recruiting for an in house Financial Accountant, reporting to the Financial Controller to join the UK office in the heart of Mayfair – 5 days a week.
Responsibilities of the Financial Accountant:
- Processing accounts payable
- Processing merchant payments
- Processing refunds
- Allocating legal fees to the Orgmeter
- Processing commissions and reconciliation
- Monthly reconciliation process of Balance sheet and P&L reports
- Preparing the VAT report
- Processing payroll and posting the journals
- Reconciliation of loan book and repayments
- Provide detailed analysis on the PL variances
- Development and formulation substantial reports for repeated usage and provide input in to process improvements
- Preparation of key daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations regarding loan repayments in a timely manner
- Review setup of loan repayment schedules in ACH
- Preparing reports for the Tax Returns
- Balance Monthly reconciliation process of Xero and Orgmeter and Line of Credit for the correct representation of Balance sheet and P&L reports
- Daily management of investor funds
- Liasing with brokers in regard to the commissions payable for the loans
- Maintaining Internal control systems and Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Providing support with audits
There will be occasional travel to Australia with this role and the role is based in the office 5 days per week so please only apply if this works for you.
