Director | Headhunter | Commercial Finance Recruitment
London (Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days remote)
We’re working with a market-leading commercial finance brokerage that’s expanding its team of Finance Consultants. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing business that specialises in helping SMEs access the funding they need to grow and be part of a growing team based in Central London.
The role is responsible for qualifying and converting warm, inbound leads from business owners actively seeking finance. You’ll speak directly with SMEs to understand their needs, then match them with the most suitable funding solution from a broad panel of trusted lenders. It’s a consultative, solution-led sales role (not cold calling), and you’ll guide clients through the full journey from initial enquiry to successful drawdown.
If you’re passionate about supporting UK businesses and thrive in a phone-based, client-facing environment, this is a brilliant chance to make a real impact. We’re looking for someone with a strong telephone manner, able to work against targets and prior experience in the commercial finance space.
Requirements:
- Proven success in a target-driven sales role
- Commercial finance or commercial banking experience (asset finance, business loans, MCA, property finance, invoice finance)
- Strong communication skills, able to build rapport with senior decision-makers
- Confident negotiator with an organised approach
What’s On Offer:
- Join a reputable business, recognised as a leading brokerage
- Clear opportunity to progress and increase earnings
- Hybrid working model for flexibility
- Attractive basic salary + high-earning commission structure
