An ambitious and fast-growing alternative finance lender is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Invoice Finance clients across the South East, Essex, and Kent regions. The Role
- Managing and developing a portfolio of Invoice Finance clients.
- Building strong relationships with business owners, introducers, and stakeholders.
- Conducting client review meetings and site visits.
- Monitoring facility performance, risk, and profitability.
- Identifying opportunities to increase utilisation and cross-sell additional products.
- Working closely with Operations, Risk, and Business Development teams.
- Supporting new deal onboarding and facility implementation.
- Ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
About You
- Previous experience within Invoice Finance, Factoring, or Asset Based Lending.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients within a Relationship Manager or Account Management capacity.
- Strong understanding of risk, reconciliations, and facility operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously across a regional territory.
- A proactive and commercial mindset.
