You will be joining a collaborative, well-established funding solutions team and will have access to a broad network of lenders and funding partners, enabling you to deliver tailored finance solutions across the full SME funding spectrum.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced, relationship-led Commercial Banking Specialist with a background in SME or commercial banking, corporate finance or funding advisory. In this role, you will source, structure and deliver funding transactions from high-quality leads generated internally within the wider business.
You will work closely with business owners and management teams to understand their objectives, design appropriate funding solutions and manage transactions from initial engagement through to completion. Facilities will typically include working capital, commercial property finance, asset finance and cash flow lending.
An existing external network or business development track record would be beneficial, but is not essential, as this role is not reliant on self-generated leads. This position is ideally suited to someone based in or around Manchester, Liverpool, Staffordshire or West Midlands, covering clients across the surrounding region.
The role offers a hybrid working model, combining client meetings, home working and office attendance. You will have autonomy over your diary and be expected to actively engage with clients, funders and professional advisers.
