My client is an established international alternative lender that is now building out its UK presence and is seeking one of its first hires in the region — a Broker Manager focused on developing and growing introducer relationships within the UK SME lending market.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, being visible in the market, and helping establish a brand within the broker community. The business specialises in unsecured SME lending, with a strong focus on flexible working capital solutions and cash-flow-based lending.
My client is looking for a highly relationship-driven and commercially minded Broker Manager to take ownership of building and managing broker and introducer relationships across the UK. This will be the company's first dedicated Broker Manager hire in the UK, making it a highly autonomous role with significant opportunity to shape how the business develops its introducer network and market presence.
The successful candidate will spend a large amount of time:

Key Responsibilities
- Broker & Introducer Relationship Management
- Build and develop relationships with commercial finance brokers, SME introducers, accountants and professional referrers
- Become a trusted and responsive contact within the broker market

- Business Development
- Identify and onboard new broker relationships across the UK
- Generate introducer-led deal flow aligned to the business's unsecured lending appetite
- Promote the lender's proposition within the SME finance market
- Market Presence & Networking
