Your Mission
We are seeking a passionate and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. This is a role for a person who loves data and credit systems, with a curiosity to deeply understand how to interpret data and applies due care and consideration in creating structured and documented processes.
This role focuses on collecting, cleaning, analysing, documenting, and explaining the intricate mechanics of credit cards, from minimum payment calculations to arrears management. Key Responsibilities
Credit Card Mechanics Documentation
- Develop clear, structured documentation explaining credit card processes such as:

- Arrears calculations and tracking.
- Create examples and use cases to simplify complex calculations for diverse audiences.
Data Analysis & Insights
