An ambitious and fast-growing alternative finance lender is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Invoice Finance clients across the South East, Essex, and Kent regions. The Role

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of Invoice Finance clients.
  • Building strong relationships with business owners, introducers, and stakeholders.
  • Conducting client review meetings and site visits.
  • Monitoring facility performance, risk, and profitability.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase utilisation and cross-sell additional products.
  • Working closely with Operations, Risk, and Business Development teams.
  • Supporting new deal onboarding and facility implementation.
  • Ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.

About You

The successful candidate will have previous experience within Invoice Finance, Factoring, or Asset Based Lending and experience managing a portfolio of clients within a Relationship Manager role.
