Client Executive Location: Manchester, UK (Hybrid) Sector: Commercial Finance About the Role A leading UK Challenger Bank is seeking a skilled Client Executive to work alongside their Client Managers to delivering innovative funding solutions and outstanding customer service to their clients in the Commercial Portfolio (funds in use up to £3M). Working as part of the Client Services, we are looking for someone with previous experience in customer facing roles, ideally within the invoice finance or commercial banking world and will possess excellent communication, prioritisation and administrative skills. Key Responsibilities Provide on-hand support for client managers with effective handling of client queries, requests, internal administrative tasks and reporting requirements Ensure an excellent standard of service is provided at all times Accurately process client payment requests on the day of receipt and ensure that any overpayments are in accordance with an approved authority Process any changes to clients terms and conditions and ensure they are accurately documented on the client file Process relevant fees, reports and documentation in relation to client terminations Review and liaise with clients on any reconciliation variances Assist with the new business/onboarding process, especially with system set up and client training Required Experience & Skills Relevant experience in a client facing role, ideally within the Invoice Finance, Business Banking or Commercial Banking sectors Excellent communicator both verbally and written Ability to build effective working relationships with both colleagues and clients Detail orientated and highly organised – able to effectively prioritise your own workload Team player, but can handle individual tasks Why Should You Apply?
