Our client is a market-leading commercial finance brokerage that’s in an exciting growth phase, and they’re now expanding their team of Finance Sales Executives. It’s a great chance to join a high‑performing business that helps SMEs secure the funding they need to grow, while being part of a growing, ambitious team based in the City of London.
This role is all about quickly building rapport with business owners and taking a consultative approach to sales. You’ll be working with warm, inbound leads, speaking directly to business owners who are actively looking for finance. Your role will be to build rapport, understand their requirements, and match them with the most suitable funding option from a wide panel of trusted lenders. It’s a solution‑led, advisory sales role - no cold calling - and you’ll support clients through the entire process, from initial enquiry right through to a successful drawdown.

We’re looking for someone with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly, is confident on the phone and is able to thrive in a target driven environment. Full training will be provided.
Requirements:- 2+ years' proven success in a target-driven sales role, ideally on the phone
- Strong communication skills
- Able to build rapport with senior decision-makers
- Strong numerical and written communication skills
- Confident negotiator with an organised approach

- Attractive basic salary + high-earning commission structure OTE £60,000 - £80,000
