• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and networks.
• Drive new business and raise the profile of the organisation.
• Ensure compliance and contribute to delivery targets within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in SME lending.
• Strong relationship management and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Adaptable, proactive, and a true team player.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Degree or professional finance/business qualification.
• Established networks in the local SME community.
