Business Development Manager (Bridging & Refurb Finance) — Location: Home-based (Birmingham or Manchester focus). We are exclusively recruiting on behalf of a well-capitalised specialist lender with a newly secured funding line from a leading high street bank. The business has built a strong reputation for its unregulated bridging and refurbishment finance products, alongside selective development finance lending. The company is investing in technology to enable brokers and internal teams to benefit from a highly efficient process, with fast decision-making and quicker drawdowns to strengthen broker relationships and provide support from experienced underwriters and credit professionals.

The Opportunity

This role has arisen as part of the business’s ongoing growth. The successful candidate will inherit a fresh territory and will have autonomy to make it their own. Key Responsibilities
