Business Development Manager (Bridging & Refurb Finance) — Location: Home-based (Birmingham or Manchester focus). We are exclusively recruiting on behalf of a well-capitalised specialist lender with a newly secured funding line from a leading high street bank. The business has built a strong reputation for its unregulated bridging and refurbishment finance products, alongside selective development finance lending. The company is investing in technology to enable brokers and internal teams to benefit from a highly efficient process, with fast decision-making and quicker drawdowns to strengthen broker relationships and provide support from experienced underwriters and credit professionals.
