Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with experience in the broker or intermediary market? Do you want to join a fast-growing fintech that’s transforming the way businesses access finance? We’re working with an ambitious and scaling fintech lender that is rapidly building its presence across the UK market. As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage and grow their broker channel.

The Role:

As BDE, you’ll be responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with commercial finance brokers and introducers nationwide. You’ll act as the key point of contact for your broker portfolio; driving deal flow, increasing engagement, and ensuring an outstanding service experience from enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of active broker relationships
  • Proactively generate new broker partnerships across the UK
  • Drive high-quality deal flow aligned to credit appetite
  • Work closely with credit and operations teams to progress applications
  • Deliver training and product updates to brokers
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility
