Our client is a new fintech lender specialising in fast, flexible business loans for UK SMEs. They\’re growing quickly and building a high-performance commercial team. The broker network is key to their growth, and that’s where you come in.
📈 About the Role
This is a fast-paced sales support and business development executive role, and is central to the company’s growth. You\’ll be working closely with the newly appointed Head of Sales to build brand presence and manage inbound broker enquiries. You’ll play a key part in converting a strong sales pipeline and ensuring a seamless transition through to pay out.
- Handle inbound broker enquiries and support through to conversion
- Build and manage relationships with commercial finance brokers
- Help prepare proposals, terms, and follow-up comms to support the sales process
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to track performance and optimise broker outreach
- Maintain and update CRM with deal activity, pipeline data, and broker feedback
- Attend broker meetings and events as needed to support growth and visibility

- Experience within finance, lending, or sales support is a bonus
