The Role
You'll be responsible for assessing and underwriting bridging finance transactions, balancing strong credit judgement with commercial awareness to support profitable portfolio growth. Working closely with brokers, borrowers and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in originating and structuring deals while helping the business continue its impressive growth trajectory.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and underwriting bridging loan applications
- Reviewing valuation, QS and monitoring surveyor reports
- Evaluating risk, security and deal structure
