While the business has a strong track record and highly respected leadership team, it retains the agility, entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative culture often lost in larger organisations.

As an established lender with ambitious growth plans, this is an environment where good ideas are heard, achievements are recognised, and individuals enjoy far greater visibility and influence than they would in a larger institution.
