The Opportunity

The Role

As a Deal Administrator, you will support our Partners and Managers by managing the administrative lifecycle of various financial transactions. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Transaction Support: Managing deal documentation, ensuring all contracts and financial schedules are accurate and filed correctly.
  • Compliance & KYC: Conducting essential "Know Your Customer" and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks—where your banking background will truly shine.
  • Liaison: Acting as a key point of contact for clients, solicitors, and lenders to gather missing information and provide status updates.
  • Data Management: Maintaining our CRM and deal trackers with absolute precision.
  • Project Coordination: Assisting in the preparation of pitch decks and completion files.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who is "process-obsessed" and understands the high stakes of financial transactions.

Experience: Previous experience within Banking (Corporate, Retail, or Credit) is highly desirable. Alternatively, experience in a similar role within legal or professional services.
