Fintellect Recruitment Limited is recruiting on behalf of a growing Bridging Finance lender in the UK. The Completions Executive will own the legal part of the lending process and drive loans from offer to drawdown.
You will manage the completions pipeline, liaise with solicitors, brokers and borrowers, review reports and ensure documentation matches credit approval while maintaining AML/KYC checks in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
