Due to continued business growth, we are delighted to be supporting a multi-award-winning specialist property lender in the search for a Loan Processor to join its expanding Operations team, focusing on bridging, refurbishment and development finance.
This is a newly created role within a scaling lender with ambitious growth plans and a leadership team specifically assembled to drive the next phase of the business. As the company continues to expand, there is genuine scope for career progression and professional development.
Based in the South Manchester office, you'll play a pivotal role in managing specialist property finance applications from initial submission through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for brokers, borrowers and internal stakeholders.
The Role
- Manage bridging, refurbishment and development finance applications from submission through to completion.
- Act as the central point of coordination between brokers, borrowers, underwriters and professional partners.
- Review applications and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure cases progress efficiently and within agreed service levels.
- Liaise with underwriters to satisfy lending conditions and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and internal requirements.
About You
- Previous experience in loan processing, case management or property lending administration.
- Ideally, exposure to bridging, refurbishment or development finance.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A good understanding of KYC, AML and lending compliance requirements.
- Experience working with CRM or loan management systems.
