We are looking for a professional Receptionist with strong admin skills and a can-do attitude. Our role is part-time (21 hours over 3 days).

Role Overview: In this position, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to our offices and provide administrative, facilities and operations support for the business. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, supporting visitors and colleagues. Importantly, you will be working alongside another brilliant Receptionist who will be able to show you the ropes.
Working Pattern: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Responsibilities:
- Reception & Communications: Meet and greet all visitors to the offices, providing a professional and warm welcome. Answer incoming telephone calls and transfer calls as required. Manage incoming emails, responding where appropriate and forwarding to relevant teams.
- Office Administration: Manage incoming and outgoing post. Scan and file documents electronically. Maintain accurate records, including franked mail, key and fob holders, parking system and other ad-hoc office records. Add documents to folders within the CRM system.
- Orders & Supplies: Raise purchase orders and place orders for Amazon and general office supplies, lunches for meetings and other ad-hoc requests.
- Access & Security: Set up and print Tensor access cards. Manage car park bookings via the car park booking system. Test the fire alarm weekly and ensure records are maintained.
- Facilities & Office Support: Assist with facilities-related tasks and requests. Prepare meeting rooms ahead of meetings. Take deliveries and distribute items throughout the office. Organise courier collections.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous front-of-house reception experience.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive and flexible approach with a strong attention to detail.
- As a minimum, educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level in Maths and English at grade C / 4 or higher.
