As OFP expands, we seek a seasoned and independent Email Performance & Automation Leader to oversee our key owned channels—email, WhatsApp, and SMS—and to develop a performance-driven lifecycle engine.
Your Responsibilities
- Exercise complete control over email marketing via Klaviyo: construct automated flows, orchestrate campaigns, establish segments, and consistently execute A/B tests and optimizations.
- Utilize Spoki for WhatsApp and SMS marketing, ensuring seamless integration with Klaviyo and preparing for future tools and workflows.
- Examine data from internal and external systems to reveal patterns, monitor funnel performance, and drive optimization.
- Develop and maintain advanced audience segmentation and trigger-based communication to enhance retention and increase LTV.
- Compile detailed performance reports across channels, recording all essential metrics and providing data-driven insights.
- Ensure that all campaign activity reflects product updates and strategic business priorities, with close alignment on timing and content.
- Analyze industry benchmarks to identify growth drivers and remain competitive.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content and design, while maintaining full accountability over delivery and outcomes.
- Navigate OFP’s unique e-commerce infrastructure (not based on Shopify or standard CMS), utilizing exports, integrations, and tailored solutions.
- Infuse structured thinking into a high-growth, fast-paced atmosphere with minimal pre-existing processes.

Requirements
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and lifecycle strategy.
- Advanced proficiency in Klaviyo, including flow construction, segmentation, event setup, and third-party integrations.
- Strong grasp of APIs and webhooks; able to read documentation and implement basic connections autonomously.
- Prior experience with Spoki or similar tools for WhatsApp/SMS marketing, preferably linked to Klaviyo or another ESP.
- Superior English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong data proficiency: confident managing raw performance data, Excel, and basic pivot reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt strategies based on benchmarks, user insights, and channel performance.
- Experience with non-standard e-commerce configurations (custom platforms, internal CMS, etc.).
