We are looking for a Solution Architect to design enterprise architecture solutions, lead teams, and ensure projects' success, specifically with expertise in insurance industry solutions. If you are proficient in modern programming languages, have strong problem-solving skills, can articulate complex technical concepts, and have experience building solutions for insurance products and services, we want you on our team!

• Design enterprise architecture solutions that align with long-term business objectives, with a focus on insurance industry needs.
• Lead architectural reviews and collaborate with business leaders to manage risks created by the use of technology.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Advise on design, debugging, and performance analysis for insurance-related solutions.
• Champion significant projects and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity, particularly within the insurance space.
• Reduce technical risks by participating in proof-of-concept work tailored to insurance-specific use cases.
• Participate in deep architectural and requirement analysis discussions for insurance products, helping build client confidence and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.
• Design data models and integration approaches to ensure data consistency, quality, and security across insurance systems (e.g., claims processing, policy management, underwriting).
• Proven design and implementation experience with enterprise-scale systems, including those in the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance domain processes such as policy lifecycle management, claims processing, underwriting workflows, and customer experience optimization.
• Knowledge of programming languages and development frameworks (e.g., js, Java, C#, Python, Go, etc.).
• Familiarity with insurance regulatory requirements.
• Experience with data integration, modelling, and governance for insurance-specific systems.
• Knowledge of emerging insurance technologies such as telematics, IoT in insurance, or AI for underwriting and claims.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on pragmatic, flexible solutions for insurance-specific challenges.
