We are seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager with a background in the insurance industry to join our team. You will ensure our clients realize their vision through efficient project delivery while maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Be responsible for scaling and optimizing program execution, driving efficiencies without compromising on quality or customer satisfaction.

Work directly with top-tier clients across a variety of industries, including banking, insurance, and retail, to deliver transformational fintech solutions. As a Program Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate planning activities and ensure successful execution of the agreed program vision. You will be responsible for a portfolio of delivery projects.
  • Removing Blockers and Managing Risks: Oversee program risks, budgets, billing, and people management, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Escalation Management: Expertise in program planning and management in the insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Experience delivering software on customer-facing projects; ideally, multi-platform, customer-centric software solutions.
