As our customer footprint continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex customer-facing transformation initiatives across the insurance sector.
This role exists to ensure successful program execution while strengthening strategic customer relationships.
You will act as the central point of coordination between customer stakeholders, Fintech OS teams, and partner organizations, ensuring alignment, transparency, and successful realization of business outcomes.
You will help customers move beyond implementation and toward sustainable transformation, balancing delivery excellence, stakeholder management, governance, and long-term customer success.
The Opportunity While strong governance, planning, and delivery oversight are critical, success in this position is defined by your ability to lead transformation programs, influence executive stakeholders, and ensure customers achieve meaningful business outcomes through the Fintech OS platform.
You will oversee a portfolio of strategic insurance programs, managing complex dependencies across business and technology teams while collaborating with delivery managers, solution architects, consultants, and customer leadership.
