Who We Are
FintechOS is the world's first AI-powered ProductOps platform. We help banks and insurers build any financial product — loans, deposits, insurance, and wealth products. What used to take 12 months can now be done in weeks. Our platform gives businesses the power to configure products and journeys in minutes, with the flexibility and agility they need, while AI accelerates everything from product design to optimization. Backed by top-tier VCs and headquartered in London, we work with leading institutions such as Société Générale and Admiral Group, as well as fast-moving challengers reshaping financial services.
About the Role
FintechOS is seeking a Senior Presales Consultant to play a key role in driving customer success and business transformation. We are looking for someone who has sold onboarding and origination solutions to UK and European banks and knows how to navigate complex enterprise deals. You know how to engage stakeholders at all levels — from engineers to technology leaders and executives.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and newly onboarded customers, guiding them on how the FintechOS platform can help them build or transform their business into an innovative, digital-first organization with AI-first modern ProductOps.
- Be the internal trusted advisor to sales, product, and delivery teams.
- Partner with Account Executives and delivery teams to architect, engineer, and demonstrate solutions that showcase our AI-first ProductOps capabilities.
- Build compelling business cases that quantify ROI: faster time-to-market, operational efficiency gains, competitive differentiation, and regulatory agility.
- Address customer concerns proactively, ensuring potential risks are mitigated while representing FintechOS and its technology favourably.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design unique, competitive solution proposals that align with regional and market-specific needs.
- Challenge assumptions constructively: ask the hard questions, get to know and understand prospects and customers, and build the credibility to become an effective advisor.
This is not about following a script. If you are autonomous, creative, and ready to drive deals with both strategic vision and technical credibility, this is for you.
What You Will Do Day-to-Day
- Run solution sales cycles for enterprise deals across the UK and Europe: discovery, value quantification, solution design, demos, POCs, and commercial close with an AE.
- Show banks how to launch any product — unsecured lending, SME onboarding, savings accounts — without traditional development cycles. Insurance experience will be highly valued.
- Demo no-code capabilities and use-case solutions that allow business users to move at speed while maintaining compliance and control.
- Navigate complex buying committees and cycles: win over C-suite stakeholders with strategic vision, product teams with use cases, and technical leaders with architecture.
- Travel regularly across the UK, Europe, and Romania for client meetings, workshops, and internal collaboration.
What We Are Looking For
Must-haves:
- 4–5 years of experience selling onboarding, origination, or digital banking platforms to UK and European financial services organisations.
- Proven ability to straddle business and technical conversations: you can quantify ROI with finance leaders and design solutions with engineers.
- Track record of winning deals by articulating business value: faster launches, lower costs, competitive edge, and regulatory agility.
- Deep knowledge of banking product operations: core constraints, origination workflows, regulatory pressures, and why speed and differentiation matter.
- Technical understanding of APIs, cloud architecture, and platform integrations. You do not need to code, but you need to speak the language.
- Autonomous and proactive: you see the opportunity, shape it, and drive it without waiting for permission.
- Creative problem-solver willing to get stuck in and learn fast.
- UK-based with the right to work in the UK. European remote possible.
You Will Stand Out If You:
- Have sold specifically into UK retail banks, challenger banks, or building societies — and understand their product roadmaps and pain points.
- Have insurance and/or wealth management experience.
- Have built ROI models or business cases that changed executive minds and accelerated deal cycles.
- Understand low-code/no-code platforms and can articulate the shift from IT-led to business-led product development.
- Know how to position AI as business value, not just tech buzzwords.
- Have experience in SME lending, mortgages, retail deposits, or consumer onboarding products.
- Have contributed to thought leadership: industry events, winning RFPs, or content that influenced buyers.
- Have AI pet projects.
What You Will Get:
- Impact: You are joining early enough to shape how we sell, what we build, and where we win.
- Growth: Work with Société Générale, Admiral, and emerging fintechs reshaping the industry. New logos, new markets, real expansion.
- Autonomy: We trust you to see the opportunity and own it. No micromanagement, no bureaucracy.
- Team: Smart, motivated people tackling one of the biggest technical challenges in financial services.
- Diversity: We are building a place where different perspectives, backgrounds, and ideas make us better.
Not For You If:
- You prefer well-defined processes and established playbooks — we are still writing ours.
- You need a lot of structure or hand-holding — we need self-starters who thrive in ambiguity.
- You are looking for a lifestyle role with minimal travel — this job requires presence across the UK, Europe, and Romania.
