We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in digital and print design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across branding, web design, and multimedia projects. This role involves developing innovative visual concepts that align with brand strategies, enhancing our digital presence, and delivering compelling content across various platforms. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to produce high-quality designs that engage and inspire our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualisation and realisation of branding projects, ensuring consistency across all visual assets.
- Design engaging websites and user interfaces using tools such as Figma, WordPress, InVision, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Create compelling graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and print materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and Sketch.
- Develop multimedia content including videos and animations utilizing Adobe After Effects and video editing software.
- Capture and edit photography to support branding initiatives and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends in digital design, UI/UX principles, and content management systems.
- Provide mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation and quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, web design, UI/UX, video editing, and digital content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, Sketch, CorelDRAW, Figma, WordPress, InVision, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and experience in developing cohesive visual identities.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Knowledge of photography techniques and experience in photo editing for marketing purposes.
- Familiarity with content management systems and web development tools is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
