FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Finance Junior / Assistant based in Dyce, Aberdeen on a Permanent, Full Time basis, with Hybrid working available. Working with our longstanding client, this is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well established company, working with a friendly and supportive team. Candidates with a keen desire to learn and looking to gain a start within Finance are encouraged to apply for this role. Main duties include: * Process approved invoices onto relevant accounting software * Track invoice queries and respond to supplier queries in a prompt and professional manner * Review and reconciliate monthly supplier statements * Reconciliate monthly credit card spend including collation of supporting documentation * Ensure supplier forms are received and up to date, requesting new forms where required * Maintain and assist in managing with the shared Accounts Mailbox during holidays and sickness * Reception cover during holidays and sickness * Other finance administration responsibilities as they arise and skill set accommodates – primarily in assisting the Financial Controller with data collation during the Group Audit Suitable candidates should have the following: * An interest in a Finance or Accounts based role * Attention to detail and willingness to learn * Competent in Excel and confident in ability to learn to operate various IT and accounting software packages * Effective communication and organisational skills, and a strong team player Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK
