Company Overview: Fintech-Rec partners with leading brands across the FX, FinTech, and Payments sectors to help them build high-performing teams. We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the most renowned names in FX, a growing corporate department in need of a Junior FX Broker.

Role Overview: Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Junior FX Broker to join their expanding team. While prior experience in FX is beneficial, especially knowledge of deliverable FX products like Spot and Forward contracts, the key to success in this role is a strong B2B sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for financial markets.

As a Junior FX Broker, your primary responsibility will be to generate and maintain new business for the corporate FX desk, focusing on building relationships with corporate clients across various industries. This role provides significant career progression opportunities, including promotions to senior broker, dealer, or team leader positions, along with continuous training and support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Drive new business by targeting UK and European SMEs and corporate clients. Engage with directors and decision-makers from medium to large businesses across a variety of sectors.
  • Client Relationship Building: Use tools like CreditSafe to identify and approach key accounts. Understand each client’s business, their exposure to FX risk, and develop tailored hedging solutions.
