Position Overview

They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individualto join the team as a Junior Dealer. This role offers an excellent opportunityfor someone with a strong interest in finance and foreign exchange (FX) tobuild a career in the currency risk management industry. The ideal candidatewill have a background in sales, an existing understanding of FX products suchas spot and forward contracts and a desire to contribute to the success of ourclients and the company.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with Senior Dealers and clients to understandtheir currency risk exposure and financial objectives.


• Provide consultative advice and recommend appropriate FX solutions,including spot and forward contracts, tailored to each client's needs.


• Market Analysis and Research: Stay updated on global economic events, geopoliticalfactors, and market trends affecting currency movements.


• Conduct research to provide insights into marketconditions and potential risks to private clients & businesses.


• Execution of FX Transactions: Assist in the execution of FX trades, ensuring accuracyand adherence to client specifications.


• Monitor trade executions and post-trade activities,ensuring timely settlements.


• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of FX products,including spot contracts, forward contracts, options, and other derivatives.


• Educate clients on the benefits and risks associated withvarious FX solutions.


• Support the sales team by participating in clientmeetings and presentations as a subject matter expert.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to developinformative materials and resources for clients.


• Assist in assessing and managing potential risksassociated with FX transactions and market volatility.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, orrelated field preferred


• Previous sales experience, ideally within a financial orrelated industry


• Strong interest in finance, currency markets and foreignexchange products


• Knowledge of FX products such as spot and forwardcontracts


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketdata and trends


• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
