Job Description

This role is for individuals who are looking to work in a fast paced and high energy sales environment at the UK’s largest independently owned FX company.

The right individuals will have the opportunity to earn life changing money and share life changing experiences.

Our client is an FCA Regulated Currency Market Expert, offering Foreign Exchange, FX Options, and Bespoke structured products.

You will be responsible for

  • Researching prospective clients to understand their business and potential requirements, adding and disqualifying leads daily.
  • Making introductory calls to new corporate clients.
  • Building a sales pipeline alongside multiple mentors with 10+ years FX sales experience.
  • Ensuring all revenue targets are met in line with FCA regulations and that the interests of the client are at the forefront of all sales activity.
  • Developing internal relationships with all departments in the business, one team, one dream!
  • Being aware of and taking an active interest in FX movements and the world economy and this impacts prospects and client’s financial performance.
  • Meeting weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality and sales.
  • Attending regular, training sessions, taking initiative to listen to own calls and others, holding yourself and peers accountable, owning your success.
  • Keeping up to date with market structure changes and regulation.
