Job Description

Our client is a diversified global financial servicesplatform, providing essential liquidity, market access and infrastructureservices to clients in the energy, commodities and financial markets.

The Group provides comprehensive breadth and depth ofcoverage across four core services: Market Making, Clearing, Hedging andInvestment Solutions and Agency and Execution. The Group provides access to theworld’s major commodity markets, covering a broad range of clients that includesome of the largest commodity producers, consumers and traders, banks, hedgefunds and asset managers.

The FX desk offers aggregated pricing in over 40 ccys fromspot, fwds, ndfs and options including first generation exotics. They leverageover 30 years of bank relationships in order to offer quality pricing to theirclients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a client base of corps,institutions and smaller banks for their Foreign Exchange.
• Ability to intelligently sell FX includingderivative transactions, provided necessary regulation requirements are met.
• Work with other salespersons across the network to open new FX relationships and cross-sell commodities clients.
• Proactively performing day-to-day tasks such asclient prospecting, client onboarding and proactively responding to any clientqueries as well as assisting the rest of the FX team.
• Working closely and liaising with all theinternal teams supporting the FX business within EMEA and across other regions(Operations, Legal, Compliance, Onboarding).
• Managing client post trade services/workflow.
• Ensuring compliance with the company’sregulatory requirements under the [AFM].
• Adhere to the operational risk framework foryour role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters arecomplied with.
• Rolemodel for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct andreflecting Company Values.
• To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhereto internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities forwhich you have any level of responsibility.
• To report any breaches of policy to Complianceand/ or your supervisor as required.
• To escalate risk events immediately.
• To provide input to risk management processes,as required.

Skills and Experience:

• · Previous experience of between 2-3 years in FXSales.
  
• · Strong pricing and structuring capabilities.
  
• · Entrepreneurial spirit and highly adaptable.
  
• · Strong problem-solving skills, ability tonavigate and simplify complex processes.
  
• · Good knowledge of FX derivatives.
  
• · Ability to multi-task and detail oriented.
  
• · Excellent communication skills, foreignlanguages a plus.
  
• · Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
  
• · Experience working in a regulated environmentand knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
