Job Description

Company Overview: Join the fastest-growing Foreign Exchange company based in Canary Wharf, at the forefront of innovation and service excellence. Our client has been lookingto revolutionise international payments and are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to lead a Corporate Sales desk.

Role Overview: As the Corporate Sales Head of Desk, you will lead a team of 5 in generating leads, closing deals, and providing bespoke solutions to our corporate clients. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you'll roll up your sleeves and actively engage with key decision-makers in the FX realm. Managing the sales team's performance, setting targets, and fostering a culture of excellence will be central to your responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and conduct outbound calls to understand client requirements.
  • Provide tailored solutions and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
